Horn of Feasting
This spell is meant to support Quest Demon Hunter, as it offers three 2 damage triggers on enemy minions for 4 mana. However, this is notably worse than Infestation and Insect Claw, which offer four quest ticks for equal or cheaper cost.
The Outcast condition should not be relied on, as we know from history that Outcast cards become difficult to consistently use once they cost 4 or more mana. Summoning three 2/1 rushers is not a good deal for 4 mana, so no other deck would ever consider playing this card. We would rather run any form of AOE to clear enemy boards.
Seeing that Quest Demon Hunter is not near a competitive level of play, we doubt Horn of Feasting moves the needle enough for it to become viable.

Skittish Saucier
This minion discounts the two cards it is adjacent to in hand. When evaluating the effect, the closest comparison would be to Wayward Sage. Saucier is unconditional, but a worse body at a higher cost. Considering that Wayward Sage is a fringe card that is not good enough for aggressive decks, we are not convinced Saucier belongs anywhere.
While the net 1 cost for a 4/2 does not sound bad on paper, we still fall behind when we play this 3-drop and the discount only resolves when we get to play the adjacent cards. No guarantee that this will be done quickly enough to make up for the initial investment. We are stumped on which Demon Hunter deck plays this card.

Diabolus Rex
An expensive minion with an attached removal effect that should be able to clear all but the largest minions in Standard. Our main issue with Diabolus Rex is the condition, which requires us to run some package of Demons or Beasts to consistently work. Without the effect, this minion is completely useless.
Beasts are an underdeveloped tribe in Demon Hunter; one that we do not think becomes more enticing with Rex. Demons are historically used in the class, but we question whether Rex would be a card of interest. Normally, Demon Hunter either plays aggressively with demons or cheats out big ones. Diabolus Rex is a slow card to put into an aggressive deck, while it is not a good fit for a Big Demon Hunter.
Feels like a collection bench warmer.

Final Thoughts: There is nothing here that moves us. Demon Hunter has mostly skipped its Un’Goro set, and the trend should continue with the mini-set.
Behemoth mask better than advertised when you consider elise location. Even the single raptor off the 1 drop becomes a massive life gain and removes 2 minions with the 8/10 rush body.
Wow, think I’m just crafting cards here. Have never not bought a miniset but guess this is a first. It’s like they aren’t even trying…
This is going to be #epic!
